Cliff Mill Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, contemporary
B & B accommodation in a rural setting, is a completely new purpose built building constructed in 2010 on the site of a 100 year old stable and feeding shed. The new building has been constructed as a replica of the previous timber framed building to maintain the character and charm of the setting.
Furniture and furnishings are also new providing all modern amenities such as individually controlled electric heating to each room, en-suites to each room with bath and shower to two rooms and shower to a third which is also equipped for disabled access and use.
If you are on business and needing an overnight stay or are taking a break and looking for a base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and places of interest then look no further. We offer superior, modern, relaxed accommodation at a reasonable price in a rural setting.
We are situated just off the A612 Nottingham to Southwell Road next to the Gonalston Farm Shop, midway between Nottingham and Newark. The route to/from Nottingham is direct. There is a convenient regular bus service running past the premises between Nottingham and Southwell. Lowdham railway station is a five minute drive away as are many good pubs and restaurants serving superb beers and varied menus to suit all tastes seven days a week.
